Comedy Can Be Painful

Performing at an open mike isn't always fun. So look what happened to my buddy Mike Stanley the other night:

No, he didn't get beaten up by an unruly heckler, nor was he beaten by me, the host, for a lousy performance (Mike's really funny). He simply jumped off the top step when leaving the mile high Club Bart stage, and whacked his melon on the audio rack mounted on the wall. The result - a golf ball size knot, a bloody nose and internet infamy. Congrats!
